Why We Made Goodfit
We built Goodfit to fix the broken, manual, and biased hiring processes that most companies still rely on. Too often, hiring decisions are based on gut feeling, incomplete information, or outdated resumes - wasting time, money, and great talent. We wanted to build a system that lets companies deeply understand candidates through structured interviews, rich insights, and AI-powered screening - while giving candidates a fair, fast, and human experience.
